How I Found My Passion for Cruise Travel

After working for more than 40 years, with vacations few and far between, I learned that when I finally took time off, I wanted to make every vacation count. I would spend countless hours researching and designing trips—figuring out where we would stay, where we would eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, how we would get from one destination to another, what we should see, and how to fit everything into the trip. It was almost a second job just planning the vacation!

Then I discovered the cruise industry, and everything changed.

I realized I could spend a fraction of the time planning, find an incredible cruise, unpack once, and still wake up somewhere new almost every day. The ship took care of the transportation, accommodations, meals, entertainment, and much of the logistics, while I was able to simply enjoy the experience. I've been fortunate to cruise to some incredible destinations, including Europe, the Bahamas, Alaska, and even through the Panama Canal.

What I never expected was that I would actually love searching for cruise deals. I'm not much of a shopper, but give me a cruise itinerary, different ships, dates, cabins, promotions, and pricing, and suddenly I'm hooked! I genuinely enjoy researching the options, comparing deals, and figuring out how to get the most vacation for the money.

Eventually, I decided I wanted to share what I had learned with my close friends and family. I wanted them to benefit from the same strategies and secrets I had discovered for finding great cruises without spending countless hours planning every detail. When I started working with Cruise Brothers, I quickly discovered that booking cruises for other people could be just as easy—and just as much fun—as booking them for myself.

Today, I'm excited to turn that passion into something I can share with others. My goal is simple: find the right cruise, at the best possible value, for each traveler. I enjoy doing the research, searching for the deals, comparing options, and taking the work out of the planning so my clients can concentrate on what really matters—looking forward to their vacation.
